Delivery Information & Fees

For deliveries anywhere in Somerset, we use the excellent service from Somerset Parcels.  Yes, we believe in supporting local companies - even as far as our delivery service!

For other areas in the UK, we use the best courier services to ensure your parcel arrives safe and sound.

FRESH PRODUCE

For those hampers containing fresh produce, we only offer Next Day Delivery to mainland UK locations.  This ensures that the hamper arrives in the best condition and is safe to consume.  This also means that we can only deliver Tuesday - Friday, as it would not be possible to deliver Next Day on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday.  All fresh food hampers need to be opened and refrigerated upon delivery.   Please order by 1200 for Next Day Delivery.

For deliveries that are within 5 miles of our base in Clevedon, we offer a discounted delivery charge.  For these deliveries, it may be possible to deliver on a Saturday or Monday, subject to availability of our delivery slots.  Please contact us to find out more.

 

Please ensure that the recipient will be able to take delivery, as we cannot be responsible for fresh produce in hampers which are not delivered on the first attempt.  Feel free to add a note to your order, to direct our courier to leave the hamper in a 'safe place'.

We are unable to offer refunds or delivery refunds on fresh food deliveries due to the recipient not being home or if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.

Sorry, deliveries are not available on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays at the moment.

Packaging

Every Pure Somerset Hamper is carefully hand-assembled, packed and packaged to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

Each hamper box is packed within a recycled cardboard mailing box to protect the gift box during delivery.

All our packaging is eco-friendly, made from recycled materials or from sustainable sources.  Everything can be re-used or recycled.

We avoid plastic wherever possible, which is why we have opted for the corrugated honeycomb wrap, made from recycled paper and easily biodegradable - unlike traditional or even 'eco' bubble wrap.

We are very proud of our hampers and our packaging choices.  Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we like to tread lightly during our time on this planet.
