A selection of mouth-watering edible goodies, celebrating classic Somerset produce.  Naturally, there are treats from the famous orchards of Somerset, but you'll be amazed and delighted by what else is made in our glorious county! 
 
Vintage Organic Cheddar. Made on the Godminster Organic Farm in Bruton, these multi-award-winning truckles follow a 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months for the perfect cheddar. Rich flavour with a smooth, creamy texture.
Red Lentil & Chickpea Crackers. Made by Easy Bean in Mudford, these delicious savoury crackers are hand-made from locally-sourced pulse flours.  Delicious and healthy, with a fabulous 'crunch'!
Pear Chutney. Winner of the Great Taste Award, this fruity chutney is hand-made in small batches by Bumblees Preserves in Creech-St-Michael, near Taunton.  This limited edition is only available after a bumper pear harvest.
Cloudy Apple Juice. This quintessentially Somerset drink is made by Bradleys near Weston-Super-Mare. Apples are hand-picked from the orchards at Box Bush Farm and made into pure, unadulterated juice. Lip-smackingly good. 
Spring Honey.  Made by the hard-working bees of Waggle & Hum Honey Farm in Clevedon.  The Spring honey is a limited edition, as it's totally weather dependent.  When we have a wet spring, the bees can't make as much honey from the spring blossoms!  Enjoy it while you can.
Smoked Chilli Dark Chocolate.  Made by Harth Chocoaltes in the Mendip Hill.  This unusual chocolate is our Classic Hamper wild card.  But it tastes so good, we just had to include it.  Enjoy the mellow heat and dark chocolate fusion.
Blonde Honeycomb.  A delicious treat from award-winning chocolatier, The Chocolate Society in Frome. Small batches of honeycomb are frothed with real honey, then enrobed in two layers of beautiful blonde chocolate: new edition to the chocolate spectrum, with a toasted caramel flavour. Also sold in Selfridges and Liberty's.
Chilli Oil.  Hand-made in small batches in Clevedon.  Drizzle over salads, roasts, pizza - anything that needs a chilli kick.  Made from Somerset-based Fussells Cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil.
